About The Author

I have worked in the HVAC industry for the last 13 years and have had the pleasure of providing solutions to customers across North America on their HVAC  product questions. One of my biggest joys comes from empowering my customers and providing them with solutions that work whether its in HVAC or during my spare time.

I am a big believer in continued education and feel strongly that when you stop reading, stop listening and stop learning life becomes a lot less rewarding and you will quickly slip behind. Every day I strive to learn something new and see things through a new set of eyes. I think it is this quality that makes me prosper at my job.

On top of being in the HVAC industry I also am a freelance developer and to this day am the Head of Development for the #1 independent film and TV news site in the world ScreenRant.com ( Based off Comscore 2013 data ). My responsibility is quite simple keep the code fresh, fast and fulfill the demands of the editorial team. The fact I hold down a full time job and still fulfill the requirements of Lead Developer in my spare time should tell you something about me.

At the age of 13 I learned to program using Qbasic and progressed to Turbo Pascal, c++ and now am entirely focused in online dev with JS, Jquery, PHP, etc.

I have built CMS systems from scratch, complex order entry and customer retention programs and more. My objective in life is not to be recognized in my industry as much as to form relationships and be remembered as an intelligent and fun contributor to the dialogue.

This blog is where I share the off topic and off the clock ramblings of my brain and should be taken with a grain of salt. All comments are mine and do not represent any of the companies I work with, work for or have any dealings with.

All math may or may not be calculated over the course of a beer and as such I take no responibility if 2+2 does not equal 5.
